For
the
last
four
years
she
has
been
complaining
about
ongoing
and
cervical
pain
together
with
frequent
episodes
of

cephalea
not
responding

Throughout

years

episodes
of
double-vision

several
hours,

and

Examination

VRS
Formetric
showed
on
June
12,
2001,
a

of

Two
weeks
later
on
(June,

2001)
patient
reported
a
reduction
a
reduction

the
painful
symptoms
and
no
recurrences
of
